The core competences of our company are electron beam welding and electron beam hardening of components and assemblies, which are used in a wide range of industrial sectors.

Our focus is on the production of individual parts, small and medium series up to 250 pieces per delivery lot.

Our portfolio includes consulting, research, development, sample production, qualification, contract manufacturing and quality assurance including standard-compliant documentation.

With our 4 electron beam machines we can process components and assemblies with:

• weights from 50 g to 5000 kg and
• diameters from 1 mm up to 2500 mm 

whereas we reach:

• weld seam depths from 0.5 mm to 100 mm and
• hardening depths from 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm.
