Our company's core competencies are electron beam welding and electron beam hardening of components and assemblies used in a wide variety of industries.
Our focus is on the production of individual parts, small and medium series up to 250 units per delivery batch.
Our portfolio includes consulting, research, development, sample production, qualification, contract manufacturing, and quality assurance, including standard-compliant documentation.
With our four electron beam machines, we can process components and assemblies with:
Weights from 50 g to 5000 kg and
diameters from 1 mm to 2500 mm
with:
Weld seam depths from 0.5 mm to 100 mm and
hardening depths from 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm.
